London fashion week mens AW 18, the designers, the after parties, my vogue feature, and what I wore

You can imagine my excitement waking up in the morning to finding my image on voguerunway with an audience of over 3 million followers. OMG moment!!!

My first AW season of London fashion week men’s, I wasn’t looking forward to the unpredictable Great British weather, but of course the fashion and being around like minded fashionable and energetic people. As usual I got my wardrobe ready, styled and planned for each day irregardless the weather.

It all kicked off at the ASOS AW18 presentation which doubled up as a party. The collection was very bold and in your face. Heavy prints and secondary colours dominating the collection. The energy was absolutely insane packed full of bloggers and models with drinks and food flowing all night.

Officially, day 1 kicked off with me seeing the designers at the showroom with a preview of what to expect later this year. The highlight of my day was being in Bethany Williams presentation, a brand which creates its pieces from recycled fabric, making it sustainable and ethical. I enjoyed being in the presentation as it was a surprise and last minute cast for me ( I think I will save the story for a YouTube- story time video). I woke up the next morning to find my image on VOGUERUNWAY as well as multiple other social media blogs and Instagram.

Favourite designers from the week include Bobbyabley, Christopher Raeburn, Alex Mullins and Labrum to mention but a few.
Fashion is continuous art, always evolving , always transcending. Some designers may make clothes that may not be to your taste, that don’t mean they are whack, because trust me if there wasn’t a market for it, they wouldn’t be showcasing them.

I have reconnected with old friends in the industry and made new acquittance and relationships. From instagrammers I admire to actors , top models and designers. Events like this makes me feel super inspired, motivated and driven.

Massive thank you to all the wonderful PR’s Who give me these opportunities to attend and enjoy these events. Also to all my wonderful brand partners who work with me to produce great quality marketing content.

Overall London fashion week men’s celebrates talent and craftsmanship and individuality. The pictures on here sums up my experience.
